We know that inviting feedback can be nerve-wracking – but it doesn’t need to be! Delphic360 is a collaborative process designed to help you grow in godliness and effectiveness. You’ll be supported by your Discussion Partner & Development Partner as you work through & respond to the feedback.

In the review meeting, your Discussion Partner will take you through your Delphic360 report.  Rather than give you raw feedback, it suggests key areas for discussion which will help you agree steps for ongoing development. 

Remember the goal: Your review will identify strengths to build on and areas for growth, enabling you to create a meaningful Personal Development Plan so that you can continue to serve well and grow & develop in your role.

We’re all works in progress. None of us will be perfect this side of heaven, but we all want to become more like Christ and serve Him more effectively.
