A 360 review gathers feedback from people who work closely with you — including those you lead, serve with, and are accountable to. By hearing multiple perspectives, it provides a fuller picture of your leadership and helps you reflect and grow with greater clarity.
We understand that honest feedback requires trust. All responses are kept confidential. As an added measure, contributors can choose for their feedback not to be quoted in the final report, creating a safe space for open and thoughtful reflection.
Our 360 tool goes beyond performance and feedback to focus on godliness and character. Built on Biblical truth and love, it anonymises responses and uses AI to synthesise quantitative and qualitative input, turning complex data into clear, meaningful insights for discussion and next steps.
Yes. Delphic has been designed to be helpful to teams of all sizes. Feedback from even just a few trusted contributors can provide meaningful insight, helping leaders reflect on their character, leadership, and the health of their team.
Choose contributors who know your leadership and work alongside you in ministry. This could include a supervisor, fellow leaders, team members, or volunteers you lead. The goal is to hear from people who can offer honest and thoughtful feedback.

From the time we receive your contributors form, it usually takes around 4–5 weeks until you receive the report. Once all
feedback has been submitted, it takes approximately 2 weeks to generate the report.
After receiving your feedback report, your Discussion Partner will meet with you to reflect on the insights together. This conversation helps you process the feedback thoughtfully, identify key themes, and consider practical next steps for your leadership growth.
If a report highlights patterns of behaviour that appear to be inconsistent with the expectations or standards set by an
employer, church, network, or denomination, we recommend that discussion partners consider whether the matter should be escalated through the organisation’s established safeguarding processes.
Delphic 360 is a developmental feedback tool
rather than an accountability or investigative body. As such, we do not monitor, investigate, or follow up on safeguarding concerns raised through the review process. Delphic 360 reports must not be used as evidence in safeguarding or disciplinary proceedings without express written permission.
Yes. Your data is handled with care and confidentiality.
Your feedback report is only shared with you and your nominated Discussion Partner. No one else will have access to the report unless you choose to share it.
Not at this stage.
Delphic360 uses a carefully designed set of questions focused on Christian character, leadership, and team health. Keeping the questions consistent helps ensure the feedback is balanced and helpful. We may explore customisation options in the future.
