Delphic360 helps Christian organisations develop their leaders in faithfulness and effectiveness through our specialised online 360-degree feedback platform.

Delphic360 works like many other review processes - a number of people provide feedback about an individual, the individual undertakes some self-reflection and a report is produced. 

What’s unique about Delphic is that rather than give you raw data, we produce a report which facilitates a constructive review meeting. It suggests key areas for discussion to produce a personal development plan. Our desire is that as a result, ministry teams will function with greater openness and that leaders will grow in faithfulness & effectiveness within a system of trust and safety.
