  • The first question asks for the one thing you’d most like the person to know—consider this thoughtfully

  • Remember: honest, specific feedback results in growth

  • Be honest & authentic. There’s no such thing as a ‘right’ answer. Share your genuine perspective.
    • Highlight real strengths specifically
    • Address improvement areas constructively
    • Focus on observed patterns / typical behaviour and interactions, not isolated incidents

  • Use the full rating scales

  • Use the high and low ends when appropriate

  • Use the comment boxes to provide specific examples

  • Your detailed observations are often most valuable. At the start of the questionnaire you can choose whether we quote these verbatim.

  • All responses are processed by AI to protect your identity
  • Only averaged scores and anonymized comments are shared
  • The person being reviewed won’t be told who said what
  • Your responses are anonymized before being shared
