Delphic360 was born out of a recognition that whilst many churches and Christian organisations are happy and joyful places to serve and work, nowhere & no one is perfect. Open conversations are necessary to increase our faithfulness & effectiveness.
However, talking to ministry leadership teams all over the world taught us that there are few – if any – tools designed to support those in ministry. 360 reviews in other settings focus on performance rather than the character which lies behind it and generally need to be interpreted by an experienced HR professional.
Determined to design something new and transformative, we collated review questions and techniques from a pool of HR professionals & ministry leaders and distilled them into an online review tool that uses language and metrics that are recognisable, incisive, and that get to the heart of godly leadership. Harnessing AI to analyse responses enables us to produce reports that focus on the main themes and present results in a form that facilitates constructive conversations between leaders & those they are accountable to with no need for specialist HR input.
The senior leaders who tested Delphic360 found it so insightful that they asked us to develop a version they could use to support their team members…so we did! (And in time we also developed a version tailored specifically for churches.)
